It’s OK. I don’t claim to be an expert on grammar, but I can tell when it’s difficult to read something.

“Then” denotes a placement of time in either the future or the past.

“I will meet you then.” (future)

“I was really young back then.” (past)

Given this definition, the statement “…his concept of snare drum choice is very different then our concept of snare drum choice,” makes no sense. It should be “…is very different THAN our concept…” It’s also a run-on sentence, but that’s beside the point.

Also, “Other then being in full screen…” would become “Other THAN being in full screen…”

Please don’t take offense to this critique. You do a very good of reviewing. I just think a little proofreading would go a long way.

Yeah you’re right. I know my writing skills are rough. The great thing is that I can go back and fix the minor mistakes though.

If I may critique, there are several instances here where you should have used the word “than” instead of “then.”

If you don’t already, my suggestion would be to have someone else proofread an article before publishing.
